ARSD 74:27:08:18. Hearings

The board shall schedule a hearing on the permit application upon receipt of a petition complying with the requirements of chapter 74:09:01. The hearing shall be held no later than 60 days after the receipt of the last timely petition unless a later hearing date is agreed to by all parties, or as ordered by the board.
