ARSD 74:27:15:06. Closure certification

Upon completion of closure of the facility or any MSWLF unit, the owner or operator shall provide the secretary a certification on a form provided by the secretary confirming that the provisions of the closure plan have been carried out and that the facility has been closed in accordance with the performance standard of § 74:27:15:02.
