The standards for a generator of hazardous waste are the standards set forth in 40 C.F.R. §§ 262.1 to 262.84, inclusive, except 40 C.F.R. § 262.10(k); and §§ 262.200 to 262.265, inclusive, as incorporated by § 74:28:21:01.01.
