The standards for hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities are the standards set forth in 40 C.F.R. §§ 264.1 to 264.1316, inclusive, except for 40 C.F.R. §§ 264.1(f), 264.1(g)(12), 264.18(c), 264.149, 264.150, 264.191(a) and (c), 264.301(l), 264.570(a), 264.1030(d), 264.1050(g), and 264.1080(e), (f), and (g); 40 C.F.R. Part 264, Appendices I, IV, V, VI, and IX; and §§ 267.1 to 267.1108, inclusive, except § 267.71(d); all as incorporated by § 74:28:21:01.01.
