ARSD 74:29:01:05. Interested persons mailing list

Within 10 days after the submission of a permit application, the department shall notify individuals on the interested persons mailing list and the appropriate county commission of the application submission. An individual wishing to be included on the interested persons mailing list must provide the department with a name and mailing address.
