ARSD 74:29:07:16. Subsidence

The operator must prevent or minimize subsidence that may result from mining activities. Where subsidence cannot be prevented, measures must be taken to minimize damage to and loss of value of property and to minimize hazards to livestock, wildlife, and humans.
