ARSD 74:29:12:11. Provisions for recovery of forfeiture costs

The board shall recover the costs involved, including attorney's fees, in the forfeiture of financial assurance. Estimated forfeiture costs must be included in the calculated reclamation financial assurance and postclosure financial assurance amounts.
