ARSD 74:32:03:04. Procedure for determining eligible expenses

When determining the amount and type of expenses eligible for reimbursement from the fund, the director shall: (1) Review the potential eligible expenses for compliance with this chapter; (2) Review the written report of the agent investigating the claim; (3) Review written proof that payment of the deductible as determined by the secretary was made by the covered party; and (4) Review documentation of paid or unpaid expenses that exceed the deductible required of a covered party.
