ARSD 74:36:04:02. Minor source operating permit required

A person may not operate any source or unit likely to cause the emission of air pollutants into the ambient air or any equipment that prevents or controls the emission of air pollutants into the ambient air until a construction permit or minor source operating permit has been issued by the board or the secretary.
