ARSD 74:36:04:29. Petition for contested case on alleged violation

In accordance with § 74:36:04:28, the department may file a petition containing the information required in article 74:09 with the chairman to request an order directing corrective action, that an enforcement hearing be scheduled pursuant to the provisions of chapter 74:09:01, or that the permit be suspended or revoked for noncompliance.
