ARSD 74:36:07:42. Existing municipal solid waste landfill reporting and recordkeeping

The owner or operator of an existing municipal solid waste landfill that meets the requirements of § 74:36:07:34 must meet the reporting and recordkeeping requirements specified in 40 C.F.R. §§ 60.757 and 60.758 (July 1, 2024). The EPA approved South Dakota’s 111d plan as required by the Clean Air Act on March 30, 2021. These rules are no longer in effect except for the owner or operators permitted prior to the date of the EPA approval.
