ARSD 74:36:07:90. Standards of performance for stationary spark ignition internal combustion engines

The standards of performance for stationary spark ignition internal combustion engines are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart JJJJ (July 1, 2024). A source subject to Subpart JJJJ is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart JJJJ. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart JJJJ.
