ARSD 74:36:08:108. National emission standards for hazardous air pollutants -- Paint stripping and miscellaneous surface coating operations at area sources

The national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants -- paint stripping and miscellaneous surface coating operations at area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart HHHHHH (July 1, 2024). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart HHHHHH is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart HHHHHH. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart HHHHHH.
