ARSD 74:36:08:99. National emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for polyvinyl chloride and copolymers production area sources

The national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for polyvinyl chloride and copolymers production area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart DDDDDD (July 1, 2024). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart DDDDDD is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart DDDDDD. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart DDDDDD.
