ARSD 74:36:20:02. Construction permit required

A person may not construct, install, modify, or operate any source or unit likely to cause the emission of air pollutants into the ambient air or any equipment that prevents or controls the emission of air pollutants into the ambient air until a construction permit has been issued by the board or the secretary, except as specified in § 74:36:20:02.01.
