ARSD 74:36:21:11. Permit required for BART determination

The owner or operator of a BART-eligible source shall submit an application in accordance with chapter 74:36:20 to include the controls, emission limits, monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements identified in the BART determination and approved by the department.
