ARSD 74:52:02:20. Changes to signatory authorization

If an authorization under § 74:52:02:19 is no longer accurate because a different individual or position has responsibility for the overall operation of the facility, a new authorization satisfying the requirements of § 74:52:02:18 must be submitted to the secretary prior to or together with any reports, information, or applications to be signed by an authorized representative.
