ARSD 74:56:03:03. Certification of compliance with requirements

When owners or operators of new or upgraded AST systems have complied with any of the following requirements, they must certify compliance to the department on a certification of compliance form provided by the department: (1) Installation of AST systems under § 74:56:03:10; (2) Upgrading of existing AST systems under § 74:56:03:08; (3) Secondary containment under § 74:56:03:11 or 74:56:03:12; (4) Release detection under § 74:56:03:19; and (5) Cathodic protection, if applicable, under § 74:56:03:14. All owners or operators of new or upgraded AST systems must assure that the installer certifies on the certification of compliance form that the methods used comply with the requirements listed in this section. Owners or operators of AST systems must notify the department of any changes to the information stated on the certification of compliance form at least 30 days after the change.
