ARSD 20:04:17:01. Applicability

The rules in this article apply to all persons, associations, partnerships, or corporations holding or conducting a meeting within the state of South Dakota licensed by its racing commission where horse racing is permitted for a stake, purse, or reward. The rules also apply to a participant in or patron of such a licensed meeting.
