ARSD 20:04:18:10. Probationary sentences and fines

The commission may impose probationary sentences and fines on licensees. A licensee who by an overt act or by omission violates any of the rules of the commission during the period he is subject to any probationary sentence and fines may have his license revoked and fines imposed and his case referred to the commission for further action.
