ARSD 20:04:30:68. Perfecta defined

The perfecta, also known as exacta or correcta, is a contract by the purchaser of a ticket to select the two horses that will subsequently finish first and second in a single race. Payment of the ticket shall be made only to the purchaser who has selected the same order of finish as officially posted.
