ARSD 20:04:32:28. Licensee may determine purse in tournaments

The licensee may determine the amount of the tournament purse and the method of distribution by utilizing any method approved by the executive secretary. The number of winning places shall be determined by the licensee and submitted to the executive secretary prior to the commencement of a tournament.
