ARSD 20:04:32:42. Record retention -- Noncompliance

A satellite provider must provide, upon request, to the executive secretary the records that are required to be maintained. Unless the executive secretary approves or requires otherwise in writing, a licensee must retain all records within South Dakota for at least five years. Failure to keep and provide the records is grounds for disciplinary action.
