ARSD 20:04:33:40. Reapplication upon denial

No person who has had a license required by this chapter denied by the commission may reapply until at least one year has elapsed from the date of the denial. No person who has been denied a license two or more times may reapply until at least three years have elapsed from the date of the last denial.
