ARSD 20:04:33:65. Hub licensee may suspend or close accounts

The hub licensee may suspend or close any account at any time provided that when an account is closed, the hub licensee within five business days returns to the account holder all monies then on deposit by sending a check by certified mail with return receipt requested to the account holder’s last known principal residence address.
