ARSD 20:06:06:02. Prima facie acceptable credit insurance rates

It shall be presumed that premium rates charged or to be charged are not excessive in relation to the benefits if the premiums or premium rates as filed with the director do not exceed the rates, or actuarially equivalent rates, in §§ 20:06:06:03 and 20:06:06:04.
