A qualified health plan issuer must offer at least one qualified health plan in the silver level and at least one plan in the gold level to participate in an Exchange. Sections 20:06:55:25, 20:06:55:28, 20:06:55:29, 20:06:55:30, and 20:06:55:31 are repealed effective January 1, 2014.
