ARSD 20:06:56:04. Substantially equal benefits

Plans must provide for benefits that are substantially equal to the essential health benefits-benchmark plan including: (1) Covered benefits listed in § 20:06:56:02; (2) Limitations on coverage including coverage of benefit amount, duration, and scope; and (3) Prescription drug benefits described in § 20:06:56:08.
