ARSD 20:14:04:01. Federally related transactions

For the purposes of this article, a federally related transaction is any real estate-related transaction, as defined in § 20:14:04:02, entered into after December 31, 1991, which federal regulatory agencies engage in, contracts for, or regulates, and which requires the services of an appraiser.
