ARSD 20:18:07:06. Appeal

If an application for support license is denied by the executive secretary, the applicant may appeal the denial in writing to the commission within 10 days of being notified of the denial. The appeal is a contested case pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26 and chapter 20:18:11.
