ARSD 20:18:10:05. Formal proceedings

If the executive secretary or commission decides to conduct a formal hearing, after a complaint has been filed and after informal consultation, if any, the executive secretary must mail a notice of hearing to the licensee complained against, the person making the complaint, and other affected parties.
