ARSD 20:18:11:01. Petition for hearing

A person aggrieved by an action of the commission or the executive secretary that was taken without a hearing may, within thirty days following the date of the action, petition the commission for a hearing. The hearing must be held at a time and place convenient for the commission and the petitioner. The hearing is a contested case.
