ARSD 20:18:13:03. Appeal

If approval is denied by the executive secretary or a delegated agent of the commission, the applicant for approval may appeal the denial in writing to the commission within 10 days of being notified after the denial. The appeal is a contested case pursuant to SDCL 1-26.
