ARSD 20:18:15:14. Procedure for dealing cards

Cards used to play at blackjack must be dealt from the hand or from a dealing shoe specifically designed for the purpose and located on the table on the left of the dealer. A dealer must remove cards from the shoe or the deck and then place them on the appropriate area of the layout.
