ARSD 20:18:16:25. Call or raise

A statement by a player of "call" or "raise" or of a specific bet is binding. A player who states a certain amount but puts a different value of chips into the pot must correct the bet to the stated amount if the next player has not acted. The dealer must correct all bets.
