ARSD 20:18:16:36. Time limit

The retail licensee may place a maximum time limit for a player to act on a hand. At the end of the time limit, if the player has not bet, the player must check. If there has been a bet to the player, the player's hand is dead. The dealer must provide warning to the player before the expiration of the time limit.
