ARSD 20:18:17:24.16. Cash requirements

Unless the commission has approved the payment of prizes by annuity, a licensee who has a progressive slot machine must maintain a minimum cash reserve equal to the total of all progressive slot machine jackpots that may be won at the location. The commission must approve all the cash reserves.
