ARSD 20:18:19:07. Dealing shoes

A dealing shoe must be designed and constructed to maintain the integrity of the game. Dealing shoes and shuffling devices in the establishment must be inspected each gaming day before cards are placed in them to assure that there is no contrivance within the shoe or shuffling device.
