ARSD 20:18:22:06. Partnership or association records

A partnership or association licensee must keep on the premises of its gaming establishment or provide to the operations division on its request the following documents relating to the partnership or association: (1) A copy of the partnership or association agreement and, if applicable, the certificate of limited partnership; (2) A list of the partners or associates, including their names and addresses, the percentage of interest held by each, the amount and date of each capital contribution of each partner or associate, the date the interest was acquired, and the salary paid by the partnership or association; and (3) A record of all withdrawals of partnership or association funds or assets.
