ARSD 20:18:35:34. Reserve requirement

A licensee or sports wagering services provider shall submit a plan to maintain a reserve in the amount necessary to ensure the security of funds held in wagering accounts for sports wagering and the ability to cover the outstanding sports wagering liability. All plans shall require commission approval.
