ARSD 20:18:36:18. Account credits and deposits

After establishment, a wagering account may be funded using approved methods that produce a sufficient audit trail for verification of the source of the wagers. The approved methods for funding accounts are: For credit cards or debit cards and electronic fund transfers, the account holder is liable for any charges imposed by the transmitting or receiving entity, with such charges to be deducted from the account. Any funds deposited pursuant to this section are available for wagering use in accordance with the financial institution’s policy regarding funds availability.
