ARSD 20:18:36:27. Suspension and restoration of accounts

The advance deposit wagering licensee shall employ a mechanism that places a wagering account in a suspended mode under the following conditions: Each licensee shall, on a monthly basis, provide the commission with a list of suspended accounts, and the reasons why the account was suspended.
