ARSD 20:18:36:28. Restoration of accounts

A suspended account may be restored: (1) Upon expiration of the time period established by the account holder if solely the result of a self-exclusion request; (2) If authorized by the commission; (3) When the account holder is no longer a prohibited person; or (4) When the licensee has lifted the suspended status.
