ARSD 20:41:10:01. Board action in general

The board, through a designated investigator or the disciplinary committee, shall promptly investigate all complaints filed in writing against holders of licenses or certificates regulated by the board with the board or the disciplinary committee and any violations which otherwise come to the attention of one or more board members.
