ARSD 20:42:06:08.01. Demonstrators in a classroom

Schools may use a person qualified and trained in a particular profession for special instruction of students in the field of that person's specialty. A demonstrator shall be readily identifiable as a demonstrator at all times of the demonstration. A licensed instructor from the school shall be present during any demonstration.
