Parole agreement on conditions of supervision

As a condition of parole release, each inmate shall be required to sign an agreement setting forth the conditions of supervision placed on the inmate by the board and the department. The agreement shall be developed by the executive director of the board. Source: SL 1996, ch 158, § 36.
