Acceptance and expenditure of funds--Approval

The Department of Corrections may accept and expend for the purpose of § 26-11A-1 , any funds which it may obtain from federal sources, gifts, contributions, or any other source, provided such acceptance and expenditure is approved in accordance with chapter 4-8B . Source: SL 1996, ch 172, § 52.
