Relief available for successful claim or defense

Any person who successfully asserts a claim or defense pursuant to §§ 26-6-36 to 26-6-50 , inclusive, may recover the following: (1) Declaratory relief; (2) Injunctive relief to prevent or remedy a violation of the provisions of §§ 26-6-36 to 26-6-50 , inclusive, or the effects of that violation; and (3) Any other relief authorized by law.
