Time for asserting claim

To assert a claim under the provisions of §§ 26-6-36 to 26-6-50 , inclusive, a person shall bring an action no later than two years after the date the person knew or should have known that discrimination occurred or an adverse action was taken against the person. Source: SL 2017, ch 114, § 13.
