Promulgation of rules regarding unladen vehicle permits

The administrator may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , in the following areas regarding unladen vehicle permits: (1) Design and content of the permit; (2) Revocation, denial, and suspension of the permit; (3) Procedures; and (4) Application requirements. Source: SL 2018, ch 189, § 4.
